30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
